• Our invoices are payable in cash in Namur, unless otherwise agreed.
• Should the invoice not be paid by the due date, a late payment interest of 12% per annum is due on the amount of unpaid invoices, without prior notice.
• In addition, any delay in the payment of our invoices may result in the application of a penalty of 15% of the amount invoiced with a minimum of €25.
• In case of dispute, the courts of Namur have exclusive jurisdiction.
